OH EDINBURGH (COUPLE SESSION)

MY OTHER HALF IS SO UNDERSTANDING. NOT THREE DAYS HAD WE PLANNED OUR LITTLE EDINBURGH GETAWAY, AND I’D BOOKED IN A SHOOT. OOPS. LOVE YOU. BUT HEY, THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME, FULL OF BRILLIANT FOOD AND DRINK RECS IN TOWN, AND I GOT TO MEET THEM WHERE THEY LIVE. THAT’S A HARD OPPORTUNITY TO MISS, RIGHT?

Also, how beautiful is Edinburgh? I fell head over heels when I shot a wedding here a few years back, and have tried to come back once a year ever since. My usual favourite cocktails and food trail wouldn’t have worked so well on camera though (much as I wanted it to) so we ventured out. Starting in Dean Village, and working our way up the river toward Stockbridge. We basically chatted and took snaps for the morning. Super chilled, and super lovely. And these guys were completely natural and really trusting.

So, I’m thinking that because I worked on this Edinburgh trip, that we should probably just have another one. Am I right? I can hear the truffle and parmesan topped chips and endless cocktails calling…

I know we won’t be shooting your wedding in Edinburgh guys, but thanks so much for hanging out with me for the morning. Your wedding in the SW will be totally awesome, I cannot wait!
