SO HI THERE, I'M GEMMA...
I'm a photographer, and I mix my down-to-earth documentary shooting style, and a love of all things arty and romantic, with a healthy dose of rock ‘n’ roll rebellion.
If we've met, you'll know me to be a super smiley, tattoo-ed chick with an un-ending energy and enthusiasm.
To me, every shot is an opportunity to go back in time, be there again, feel it again...
AND SHOW YOU HOW FRICKING BEAUTIFUL AND AWESOME YOU ARE TOO...
I'm based in both Yorkshire/Lancashire and Hertfordshire (close to London) during the Summer months, and the French Alps during the Winter. If you couldn't tell already, I'm not shy of travelling! It’s a perk of the job. And because I’ve only ever worked by recommendation, my Wedding Photography clients are ALL OVER; I’m even jammy enough to shoot some insane Destination Weddings, from Europe to Abu Dhabi.
Safe to say, I'm not what you'd call a local photographer...

Aside from the Wedding photography, my most popular portrait sessions range from Maternity, to Baby, to Family Photography. I work with so many of my awesome couples on their weddings, and then go back to capture their pregnancies and children. It can all get pretty emosh, and I'm ok with that. My job is a fricking privilege.
So am I just a wedding photographer? Nope. I love to keep things fresh. I've managed to combine my love of music, food, property and art with my work. My new lifestyle website will have some foodie love, some awesome brand work, and some INSANE property shoots. Everything from brand work for the likes of Vans (yup, THE skate brand), to gigs for the likes of Newton Faulkner, Charlie 2na and Norman Jay MBE, all over Europe.

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET WITH GEMMA. THE PASSION AND ENJOYMENT SHE HAS FOR TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS OF PEOPLE IS PURE.
You cannot teach or develop that, and her job is definitely her calling.
WHEN CHOOSING A PHOTOGRAPHER, EXPERIENCE IS ONE THING, SKILL IS ANOTHER BUT PERSONAL APPROACH IS UNIQUE. GEMMA BRINGS ALL OF THESE TO THE PARTY BY THE BUCKET LOAD AND HER UNIQUE PERSONAL APPROACH IS HER BIGGEST SELLING POINT.
My favourite way to explain my love for Gem is this- I want to clone her and take her with me on all my lovely days so that I can keep the photos, beautiful and stylish as they would be, forever.
